About the role
Reporting to the Head Customer & Category, the primary objective of this role will be to create and implement the insights & analytics strategy to achieve growth and revenue targets. The successful individual will formulate this strategy by utilising shopper, consumer and market insights from multiple platforms and information sources. Across core and emerging categories, you will create compelling customer presentations to engage key retailers and position the business a market leader in best practice category management and customer marketing. You will also have responsibility for 1x direct report.
Skills & experience
Success in this role will come from demonstrated experience as either a Category Manager, Activation Manager or Consumer Insights Manager from within the FMCG / consumer goods industry. Ideally degree qualified, you will possess a high level of commercial acumen accompanied with outstanding analytical capability, where you will understand best practise category management and the needs for insights in the current retail landscape.
