About the role

We are seeking an authentic and dynamic CEO responsible for leading the organization and maintaining an excellent culture by providing strategic and operational leadership through the next stage of transformation and reform. Working with the Board of Directors and a talented senior management team, the CEO is responsible for ensuring a sustainable and contemporary service and business model that includes innovation and community engagement. Passion for Expression Australia's mission will be key to your success and inspiring others to maintain a healthy bi-lingual and bi-cultural organization.

Experience & Skills

We are seeking an accomplished track record as CEO or senior leadership role, with significant experience in leading organizations through periods of change and ambiguity. Sound commercial acumen, proven experience growing a business, developing new markets, creating strategic partnerships and fostering a culture of inclusion and high performance are imperative. Experience with NDIS and government funded services is desirable. Fluency in Auslan, or the willingness and ability to work in a bi-lingual organisation and learn Auslan, is also desirable.
