With an expanding offering for B2B markets such as architectural design, corporate facilities and premium hotels, the business requires a highly strategic sales leader to drive multi-channel development and grow capability within the team.
Reporting to an inspirational CEO, the role of Professional Sales Director will develop, validate and execute a multi-channel growth strategy for channels such as Architectural Design, premium hotels and major facilities. Collaborating closely with the Head of Marketing, CEO and global teams, the role will also be responsible for developing capability within a small but growing team as well as being highly visible in the market negotiating with major blue chip end users or influencers such as Tier 1 builders, developers or FM companies, whilst identifying low hanging fruit in what is a 2 speed pace of sales cadence.
Essential to be considered for the role is experience in at least 1 - 2 of the above channels, along with a hunger to create a business and build on a vision. This a also a high performance business hence will set the bar high in terms of commerciality, polish as well as behaviours and values such as collaboration, inclusion and lack of ego.
Your ability to craft value propositions, negotiate effective commercial outcomes and understand market trends will be critical to your success.
