About the role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications, this role will assist the implementation of upcoming strategic campaigns and programs. In this role, you will oversee the internal communications within the company's communications team, as well as manage the EDM's, newsletter and online content.
In this role, you will also support the digital content creation team and will involve working with and directing agencies as required. Responsibilities include creating and coordinating thought leadership articles leading up to the next federal election, while overseeing general website updates. You will also demonstrate an understanding of copy writing and possess strong stakeholder engagement skills, as you network and build relationships.
Skills & Experience
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related discipline.
- Experience with copy writing is desired
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a productive team member
- Experience engaging with external stakeholders
