About the role
Reporting to the Head of Communications and Corporate Affairs, this role will assist in developing employee communications, community sponsorship and corporate brand activities for the business. You will be supporting the delivery of communications strategies and be responsible for creating content and key brand messages, for all communication channels.
In this role, you will also be managing and activating the community sponsorship program and donations. By bringing the company to life within the community, you will help drive community and local media relationships, and overall enhance the business's brand and reputation.
Skills & Experience
- Tertiary qualification in Communications, Marketing, Media, or related discipline.
- Three years or more related experience
- Strong content creation skills
- Experience with copy writing is desired
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a productive team member
- Experience engaging with external stakeholders
