My client is the largest and most diversified Australasian marketer, wholesaler, and distributor of healthcare, medical and pharmecutical products. It is also a leading marketer and distributor of recognised consumer products and animal care brands.

About the role

Working within the Animal Care division, and reporting into the Head of Communications and Corporate Affairs, you will be responsible for developing and leading the delivery of an integrated internal communication strategy that drives employee engagement.

Responsibilities

• Work with multiple brands, teams and departments across ANZ to drive planned internal communication activity and communications.
• Create content to be shared internally that promotes and drives company culture.
• Plan and develop internal communications including newsletters, internet articles, Bulletins, Executive Messages, Town Hall productions and other communications as needed.
• Create opportunities and content to increase profile externally with owned and earned channels.
• End-to-end event management for both internal and external events.
• Ad hoc marcomms projects as they arise.

About you

• 2+ years experience in related communications field
• Experienced in copywriting, digital content creation, and end to end communication strategy
• Strong work ethic and high level of integrity
• Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related discipline
