About the role

Working within the highly regarded Animal Care division, and reporting into the Head of Communications and Corporate Affairs, this fantastic role will see you responsible for developing and leading the delivery of an integrated internal communication strategy that drives employee engagement. You will work with multiple brands, teams and departments across ANZ to drive planned internal communication activity and communications.

Responsibilities
  • Liaise with team leaders and executive management to drive internal communication strategies. You will work with multiple brands, teams and departments across ANZ to drive planned activity and communications.
  • Create opportunities and content to profile the company externally with owned and earned channels for corporate and consumer brands to leverage.
  • Create content to be shared internally that promotes and drives the company culture.
  • Plan and develop internal communications including newsletters, intranet news articles, CEO Animal Care Bulletins, Executive Messages, Town Hall productions and specific project communications as they arise.
  • Ensure company initiatives are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders in a timely, relevant and consistent manner.
  • End to end event management for internal and external events including convening live virtual events.
  • Be an integral part of an energetic and passionate team, working in a fast-paced environment on a diverse range of topics .
  • Ad hoc marketing and communications projects as they arise.

About you

  • 2+ years experience in related communications field
  • Experienced in copywriting, digital content creation, and end to end communication strategy
  • Strong work ethic and high level of integrity
  • Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related discipline
