Building on the ongoing success and growth of the Australian business, an opportunity exists for a passionate and enthusiastic Consumer Care Officer to join the team, reporting into the Senior Brand Manager.
About the role:
Sitting within the Marketing team and reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, your responsibilities will include - Managing, prioritising and responding to consumer phone calls, emails and social media enquiries, ensuring a positive end experience for all consumers. All consumer enquiries are required to be accurately logged on the customer database, to be reported on monthly to the Leadership Team.
Working alongside the Marketing team there will also be support required for product sampling, internal workshops, customer meeting preparation and competitor activity reporting.
The position requires some level of product knowledge, much of which can be learnt on the job. Existing staff will train the successful applicant in product knowledge and the large library of FAQ's currently available, however a level of baking skill would be a strong advantage.
Skills & experience:
To be a successful applicant for this role, you will have prior experience in a Consumer/Customer Support role within the FMCG environment, along with a keen interest in product branding and marketing.
Combining excellent communication (written & verbal), intermediate Excel and Powerpoint ability and strong issue resolution skills - you will also possess the ability to communicate across a variety of stakeholder levels, with a desire to work as part of a passionate and energised team.
