This northern Victorian site is located in Kiewa and responsible for manufacturing cream cheese and yoghurt across two plants. With 200 employees on site they have best in class manufacturing and adhere to both the company's global standards and local accreditations.
About the Role
Your role as the Continuous Improvement Leader will be to drive high performance and operational excellence across both plants. You will liaise with all key stakeholders across the sites in order to fine tune and save costs where identified. By utilising in house and traditional CI philosophies, you will have the opportunity to implement change.
Skills & Experience
Your track record in continuous improvement and the ability to increase efficiencies and minimise costs will lead you to succeed, as will:
- The ability to plan and identify improvements, calculate risks and to implement change
- Impeccable stakeholder engagement underpinned with effective communications internally and with external customers
- A history of utilising CI philosophies and practices to reduce waste
- Project management experience within a fast-paced food environment
