About the Role
A leading Australian brand have an urgent requirement for a CRM Product owner to help support them with their digital transformation project. The Product owner will lead, own and drive the evolution of a CRM Salesforce delivery and build a governance framework suited for an enterprise environment. The Product Owner will be responsible for managing the strategic delivery of the technical solutions and act as the key interface between the IT and Digital team. They will gain an in-depth knowledge of their customers' needs, the business domain, and corporate strategy to ensure the product evolves to deliver on all these fronts.
Skills and Experience
- Been part of an integration or implementation of a CRM (salesforce) system
- Understands functional capabilities and configurations of the salesforce product, components, and dependencies.
- Ability to works with delivery partners and technical resources to fully appreciate limitations with approaches
- Able to demonstrate a general understanding of product strategy, road maps and is able to define and prioritise requirements for a product release
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
