About the role
As the Customer Experience Coordinator, you have a busy & varied role keeping you on your toes & constantly learning. As an integral part of the organisation, you will work closely with the NPS Business Partner & key stakeholders. It is your job to develop, report & follow up on internal surveys and experience activities across the Australian and New Zealand offices across multiple divisions. Working with the global teams, you will develop localised plans, segment surveys and post actional plans in accordance to findings & feedback.
This role is a people person role! In addition to your NPS responsibilities, you will coordinate and facilitate internal meetings & events such as; office town halls, virtual engagement updates, annual galas, Christmas parties and many more.
- 3+ years experience in a Customer Experience, NPS or similar role.
- Experience facilitating a broad variety of internal surveys
- Proven success reporting on NPS data and building actionable insights
- Strengths presenting & influencing key stakeholders
- Highly organised individual to facilitate internal events & meetings.
