About the role
They are looking for a Customer Manager in Melbourne to join their growing business. This role will report into the Country Manager and will have a strong focus on developing and nurturing deep, genuine relationships with customers within the aged care and hospitals channels. This role will see you responsible for providing commercial solutions for these organisations incorporating supply chain, training & development, food & nutrition within an innovative model. You will liaise with multiple decision makers including dietitians, chefs, procurement, general managers, and board level alongside foodservice distributors.
Skills and experience
We are looking for an experienced BDM or Account Manager who has had outstanding success in new business development and solution sales within the aged care & hospital channels combined with a strong understanding of the foodservice distributor network. You will have an exceptional ability to collaborate across organisations to drive joint outcomes and work in a high-paced environment, challenging societal or traditional ways of thinking.
