About the role
The Customer Operations Coordinator is responsible for customer interaction, order management and overall improvement of the customer experience.
- Customer service, acknowledging customer order requests and responding
- Monitoring shipments and updating key milestones
- Keeping customers updated on their shipments, maintaining relationships
Skills & Experience
This role would suit a graduate of logistics (degree or diploma ) looking to build a career in logistics or someone with expourse to the freight industry with a customer centric approuch looking for something different.
