About the Role
As Order Management Coordinator you will be responsible for serving as the primary order management
liaison for the sales team, coordinating returns and providing a high level of customer service to internal and external customers and consumers.
- Effectively review and analyse the order file for accounts
- Ensure orders are processed efficiently and accurately
- Coordinate deliveries, stock availabilities and general product enquiries with customers.
- Communicate needs and issues to the sales team and suppliers
Skills and Experience
The successful candidate must have experience in either a retail or customer service/business environment. You will have strong attention to detail and have the capability to engage effectively with stakeholders both internally and externally. With some exposure to ERP systems being adventitious.
This is a great opportunity for a resourceful and adaptable junior candidate who is passionate about continuing to develop their career in the business sector at a great fashion apparel organisation. This is a 12-month fixed term contract viewed as a great opportunity to progress into other sectors of the business.
