Our client is an exciting and rapidly growing start up business offering a dynamic and streamlined B2C fulfilment service. Due to its significant growth, an opportunity for an Customer Service Coordinator has become available to join the team on a contract with the possibility of permanency in the new year.

About the role

Forming part of the critical Customer Service function, you will be one of the key contact for all customers. Coordinate all customer bookings and manage stock allocation whilst maximising the information flow between the customer to ensure efficient delivery lead times are maintained and the customer experience is seamless.


  • Providing customer service and resolution to all client issues.
  • Monitoring transport and updating key milestones in the DC.
  • Keeping customers updated on services
  • Assist logistic operations supervisor in day to day logistic operations.

Skills and Experiences

You will have had prior customer service experience in logistics and possess strong attention to detail. You will also be able to demonstrate proven experience in building relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
