Our client

Six Degrees have partnered exclusively with a global logistics company that partner with some of the worlds leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies. Due to growth, they are seeking a new Client Relationship Manager to join their expanding team.

The role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will have end to end accountability for a key client account including order management life-cycle from point of order through to delivery to the customer. This role is based in Granville.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Manage 2 customer service representatives
  • Oversee the achievements and SLAs
  • Mange inventory on site through an ERP
  • Weekly and monthly reporting
  • Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service, productivity and profitability
  • Attend AUS Management Meetings

What we're looking for

We are looking for an established Customer Service Manager who has experience working in supply chain. In addition, you will be able to articulate your achievements and expertise in the following:

  • Successfully running a customer service and order management function
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and work with stakeholders internally and externally
  • Self-starter who is enthusiastic, motivated, passionate who takes pride in the work they do and the standards they deliver
  • Technically strong, with experience of ERPs/CRM's like SAP or Oracle Net Suite
  • Thrive in a fast paced environment, working under pressure and being obsessive about delivering a market leading customer experience
