You will be responsible for the day to day supervision of a Customer Service/Order Management Team in a geographic region. Ensures Order Team achieves agreed customer service levels and metrics. Drives standards of work in the most effective and efficient manner. Ensures Team is trained on SAP functionality and customer requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Day to day supervision of a team of Order Management
  • Attain agreed upon service levels for the Order Management functions using SAP and other enterprise systems
  • Provide process performance metrics to ensure customers' service level requirements are being met
  • Leverage system solutions to increase automation of standard processes
  • Drive continuous improvement to maximize efficiency in processes to reduce the cost of managing orders to customers
  • Provide training and standardized processes to the regional team to ensure system integrity and common practices throughout the region
  • Recruit and Manage High Performing team whose value and competencies align

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Management or Team Lead experience
  • Tertiary degree
  • Experience in SAP and EDI essential
  • Driven improvements and strategies across Order Management function
  • Strong people management skills
