This publicly listed global food manufacturing company has seen significant growth, and is respected as an industry leader for their specialty products. Due to recent expansion into new markets and having experienced strong demand for products through COVID-19, they are seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to join their team.

About the role

As Customer Service Officer you will be working alongside the sales team and will be responsible for supporting the team with order confirmations, processing consignments and invoicing documents. Plus, other day to day duties/tasks.


  • Reporting on Sales data
  • Data Entry
  • Order processing for major retail partners
  • Engage with customers over the phone, via email and through ERP System.
  • Operations Administration

Skills & Experience

  • Customer Service experience in a Manufacturing business
  • Experience dealing with major retail customers
  • Skilled in Excel, EDI Order processing and ERP Systems.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of the organisation.
