About the role
Sitting in the Customer Service space, you will be the key supply chain contact for all customers. Coordinate all customer bookings and manage stock allocation whilst maximising the information flow between the customer to ensure shelf availability. You will be dealing with time sensitive products and as a result a high attention to detail is a must.
- Providing customer service and resolution to all client issues.
- Keeping customers updated on their shipments of time sensitive products.
- Working around dispatch and processing all orders .
- interacting with both Internal and External stakeholders.
Skills and Experiences
You will have had prior experience in Customer Service or Logistics and possess strong attention to detail. You will also be able to demonstrate proven experience in building relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
