The role

Reporting to the NSW Customer Service Manager you will provide A+ customer service to our client's key customers, suppliers, and providers by efficiently processing orders, handling enquiries, and resolving any issues. You be a clear communicator and have responsibility for order & invoice processing, resolving problem orders, answering incoming calls, and responding to email inquiries. As part of a collaborative and dynamic team you will be expected to be hands-on and deliver exceptional service.

What we're looking for

We are looking for an established customer service professional with exceptional customer service skills. Experience in food service or distribution would be highly regarded, however it is not essential. You will bring a proven track record of strong customer service experience, with strong problem solving and communication skills. You will thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy a hands-on role.
