Working as a Customer Support Team Member will see you interacting with customers across online and over the phone communications. You will be responsible for problem solving, resolving customer enquiries and engaging with customers on social media.
This is an internal customer experience role where you will not be required to make sales or cold call.
- Previous experience in a busy customer service environment
- The ability to deliver customer focused solutions in a timely manner
- Experience resolving a wide range of customer service enquiries
- A can do, positive attitude
