About the role
Reporting through to the Head of Supply Chain and Demand Planning, the demand planner is responsible for developing a robust monthly sales forecast (Volume, revenue and margin) for all relevant local and international trade channels.
- Prepare and carry out monthly S&OP reviews, making mention of monthly forecast percentage accuracy scores.
- Assist in the facilitation of the demand planning/forecasting process to achieve a high level of accuracy.
- Continual analysis of inventory and monitoring any supply risks.
- Liaise with key stakeholders internally and externally.
Skills & Experience
Ideally tertiary qualified in the supply chain or business space, the successful candidate will have prior experience in a forecasting, demand analysis or planning role with an organisation supplying a major retailer. You will have the written and verbal communication skill to influence key stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
