About the Role
As the Digital Acquisition and Marketing Director, this newly created role is responsible for embedding a robust market strategy while having a laser like focus on new customer acquisition. You will lead and develop the strategic go-to-market activity to deliver targeted growth and retention programs (both "always on" and tactical activity) across different product portfolios. Responsible for all digital channels, you will overhaul the strategic direction to deliver new lead generation growth, manage the customer lifecycle and be the brand custodian. Aside from being a technically sound marketer yourself, you will also be effective in delivering a cultural shift across your wider team to introduce best in class digital marketing innovation to challenge the status quo. You will blend data-driven marketing with creative flair to deliver a memorable customer experience, always with an ROI front of mind.
You are a degree qualified, digitally savvy senior marketing leader with 10+ years experience across the B2B landscape. Although open to your industry background, experience across financial services, B2B, fintech or banking would be advantageous. With deep experience in optimizing digital channels for growth, launching go-to-market plans and developing new propositions, you have multi-channel experience and love utilising customer insights to drive strategic outcomes. You are a driven, analytical and strategic marketing leader who has a proven track record in generating new leads to grow the business. You have strong stakeholder management skills - you are at ease presenting to senior executives, as you are with engaging with an external agency, or managing a high potential team to deliver. You are nimble, driven and charismatic, highly commercial, and looking for an exciting and fast paced environment to showcase your ability. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, are self driven and are a natural born leader and mentor.
