About the role

This role reports into the Digital Marketing Manager and sits within a vibrant, collaborative and energetic team undergoing a digital transformation. Working closely cross functionally, you will be responsible for supporting an outstanding digital customer experience across all digital touchpoints and channels. You will manage the website content including ensuring product listings are accurate, briefing in the graphic design team, working with agencies to deliver an outstanding online experience, managing landing pages and assisting in troubleshooting any website related technical difficulties. You will leverage your experience across digital marketing tools such as SEM and display to deliver rich experiences to resellers, end consumers and partners.

About You

Degree qualified, you have been immersed in digital environments and have a background in digital marketing. You have 2+ years experience in website management, ideally including exposure to e-commerce environments and are now looking to sharpen your skills further. Commercially focused, you thrive in taking a deep dive into online analytics and can utilise these to drive strategic recommendations. You have a track record of identifying and communicating additional opportunities for online usability improvements based on experience and customer feedback. You have experience with Salesforce and SiteCore, and have experience in HTML and CCS. You are proactive, intuitive and a fast learner. You know how to hustle, you are comfortable working with internal and external stakeholders and you know to get the job done.
