Our client is a leading, multi category consumer goods business with a rich history of offering lifestyle products to consumers throughout the world. Operating in 180 countries worldwide, they employ around 400 people in Australia and are known for their high performance yet people first culture. As a result of an exciting digital transformation project being pioneered locally in Australia, the business is investing heavily in Digital and eCommerce talent and as such is looking for a Digital Delivery Manager to sit in this newly formed team.
This is a pivotal role and as such will report directly into the head of the division. The Digital Delivery Manager will be an important conduit between the IT team and newly formed digital channels team, understanding the customer centricity of the division and what needs to be achieved by both teams in order for divisional goals and objectives to be met. The role will be responsible for the management of all digital platforms and critical e-commerce projects to ultimately drive revenue performance through these channels. With Customer Service at the heart of the business and the division, this role will be heavily involved in ensuring that all activities delivered through these platforms provide the optimal customer experience and will be responsible for analysing and evaluating the end to end customer experience across all customer touch points.
To be successful in this role you will have ideally operated in a digitally driven business/role in either B2B or B2C focussed organisations and will be comfortable operating in a role that sits between ICT and e-commerce/digital channels teams. You could have started in IT before moving into eCommerce Performance or alternatively have operated in a consultancy capacity affording you the opportunity to learn how Highly technologically savvy, with fluency in a number of digital platforms - including Salesforce, you will be entrepreneurial and agile in your approach with a natural curiosity for all things tech and will be confident to make recommendations through a business to ensure optimal efficiencies are achieved. You will be passionate about e-commerce and optimising performance through e-commerce channels but most importantly the opportunity to be part of a newly formed team.
