About the Company

Our client has recently transitioned from a highly fragmented structure of states and territory organisations to a unified, single entity. With almost 1.5 million Australian's involved in their care, they provide support services, education and information to their community. As part of the transformation process, an exciting opportunity exists for a Digital Engagement Manager to work across the business, optimising the Digital environment to support the new look organisation.

About the role

The Digital Engagement Manager is a newly created role, reporting to the GM of Marketing. This is a pivotal role, working across the organisation and with key stakeholders to develop and deliver a Digital strategy, consolidating the web environment, ensuring the various digital platforms that engage their external audiences are optimised.

Working in a rapidly changing environment, you will facilitate collaboration between different business units, connecting the dots, aligning them to a shared vision of integration and accessibility. An initial Digital Health Check will be required to determine current state and put together a business case for the future needs of Digital. Day to Day you will manage the web environment, ongoing improvements and strategic projects, co-ordinate SEO and SEM, and look to improve CX through digital evolution.

Skills & Experience

  • Track record delivering Digital engagement strategies
  • Prior experience consolidating and optimising websites
  • Understand Digital effectiveness, across multiple platforms
  • Strategic thinker yet happy to get your hands dirty
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication
  • Detail and solutions focussed
  • Experience working up, down and across organisations
