About the role
Reporting into the Head of CRM, the Digital Marketing Analyst joining this growing CRM team will be accountable for owning and implementing the customer data activity supporting the CRM strategies that manage our customer lifecycle.
You will oversee all associated brands customer database, CRM Platform dataflow and related reporting tools to make sure they work efficiently in obtaining all the essential information at key touchpoints in the customer lifecycle, providing stakeholders with the best plan of action.

Skills & Experience
- Degree qualification in Data Analysis, Data Science, Business/Commerce or relevant qualification
- Experience in a sales analytic role, retail or agency environment is preferable
- You have used CRM Automation systems
- Understanding of HTML/CSS
- Deep understanding of web analytics
- Prior experience with ERP systems
