About the role
Sitting within the high performing marketing team, this role is critical to the day-to-day operations of the business, supporting it in the segmentation, scheduling and delivery of daily outbound communications to clinical trial participants. In addition to this, you will be writing and publishing compelling content to be used across external digital channels. It is extremely fast paced and deadline driven, with constant juggling of priorities.
You have been immersed in digital environments and have a background in digital campaign development. It is a requirement that you have had hands-on experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to deliver digital campaigns with a focus on customer acquisition and engagement. Coupled with this, you at a social media native and will be at ease crafting communications which attract new clinical trial participants. You are organised, have an eye for detail, are a fast learner and are autonomous. This role is immediately available.
