Digital Marketing Lead - Consumer

Are you a digital marketer, interested in developing and executing your own digital marketing strategy for a well-known, Australian, FMCG business?

About the role:

A broad digital marketing role, responsible for all areas of the digital marketing mix. You will be accountable for ensuring ROI on digital media spend, increasing customer engagement, optimising CX and delivering digital transformation projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Shape and deliver an all-encompassing digital marketing strategy, aligned to commercial objectives.
  • Lead the planning and execution of the 'always on' brand comms across all digital channels.
  • Develop an end-to-end customer journey map, aligning the EDM and automation strategy.
  • Oversee the delivery of all website build, upgrade, or software integration projects.
  • Continuous optimisation of E-Commerce CX.

Key attributes include:

  • A track record of developing and implementing end-to-end digital marketing strategies, from planning to execution, evaluation, and optimisation.
  • Experience working within a consumer product environment would be advantageous (FMCG, Retail, Consumer Goods, Beauty etc).
  • An understanding of customer journeys and customer experience, able to highlight opportunities and increase conversion.
  • A highly analytical and growth focused mindset, willing to test, learn and adapt.
  • A hands-on approach, comfortable with both the strategic and executional responsibilities.
