About the Role
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing the broader digital marketing strategy across all digital channels to elevate the brand presence and awareness of this health focused organisation. Reporting into the Digital Marketing Manager Asia-Pacific, you will be responsible for delivering digital strategies to create outstanding digital customer experiences and ultimately increased lead generation. Leveraging your past experience in delivering digital strategic roadmaps, you will utilise insights and digital trends to ensure the organisation is best positioned to optimise opportunities across multiple channels. You will be responsible for the pending website refresh, the launch of an app, and the development of the business proposition to a product + services led business. You will bring a commercial lens to the remit by continually considering new ways of working, reviewing existing practices and bringing a "test and learn" innovation led mentality to evolve the brand.
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the development, delivery and optimisation of the digital strategy and activity across all channels. You are a driven, forward-thinking and strategic digital marketer who thrives in a fast paced environment and have a proven track record in setting the digital direction of a large portfolio. You will be effective in utilising data to understand potential opportunities and leverage these insights to develop new campaigns and outcomes. Managing a direct report along with an operational customer-focused team, you are looking to further develop your leadership skills, and enjoy working in collaborative team based environments. Experience working in global, multi cultural organisations would be advantageous - and the timezone challenges that can sometimes create!
