About the role
Reporting to the Marketing Director, this newly created role will be responsible for the strategy, delivery and ongoing maintenance of all digital assets within the organisation. This includes overhauling the website to be focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience which will ultimately deliver qualified leads into the sales team, developing the online customer journey across multiple channels, and managing a robust content strategy that will drive awareness, discovery, conversion and loyalty. With a significant focus on creating demand generation opportunities for the organisation, you will be constantly reviewing digital performance to refine and optimise. You will also work in partnership with the wider marketing team to develop the marketing automation strategy to support personalised customer engagement.
You are a degree qualified, digitally savvy marketer with experience across the B2B landscape - ideally within managed services, aviation, construction, engineering, mining, transportation or environmental services. With deep experience in delivering end to end digital projects, you are at ease navigating through key stakeholders to deliver on time and on budget. You have a proven track record in continual onsite optimisation, and the dashboard development and reporting of performance. Experience with software managed services, SaaS or B2B subscription-based services is advantageous.
