About the Role
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for managing digital operations across Australia and New Zealand, with a view for it be fully autonomous. A core component of the role will be delivering exceptional client experiences through a highly consultative approach resulting in on time, high quality delivery that exceed expectations. With a large client base (50+), you will be influencing multiple stakeholders (including freelancers, offshore colleagues and agencies), deadlines and projects in a fast paced environment. Along with your client management experience, you will be drawing on your deep technical knowledge to consult clients across the whole digital spectrum, be that PPC, SEO, paid social, or website development and management. Please note this role is remote i.e. working from home, with limited travel required.
You are a true digital specialist, who has in-depth technical knowledge across upcoming digital trends. You can oscillate between high level strategy and getting into the detail, rolling up your sleeves. You are adaptable in your communication style and excel in client facing settings. To this end, you are a people person, have a track record in building genuine relationships, and managing the tough conversations when required. Above all, you bring a positive attitude, have a growth mindset and a willingness to roll with the punches. You are a driven, forward-thinking and strategic digital marketer who thrives in a fast paced environment and have a proven track record in setting the digital direction of a large portfolio.
