Due to ongoing growth within the Australian market, there has been an expansion of their digital team and as a result there is a new opportunity for a Digital & Web Optimisation Manager to join the team.

About the role:

As the Digital Marketing Manager, your focus will be driving growth across their website and social channels. You will lead a team of 3 and deliver hyper personalised digital campaigns. You will be handed the keys to a website platform that saw 120% increase in traffic in the last 12 months, and double-digit growth for the last 3+ years. The aim is to build on this continue that trend. You will also lead any digital transformation project across their website.

Skills & Experience:

  • Practical experience across enterprise CMS or eCommerce Platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud ideally)
  • People management skills and experience.
  • Proven knowledge of Social Media Marketing, SEM & SEO
  • Exposure to Salesforce CRM would be desired
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  • Knowledge in onsite analytics, pulling insights and providing strong recommendation.
