About the role:

Reporting to the Head of Marketing. Focusing on existing fundraisers and doners within the organisation, the Digital Marketing Manager's role is to drive engagement, develop strong customer journeys for key accounts, and focus on driving growth and brand through our website, email, and social channels.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drive the ASF Website, email, and social media strategy in line with the wider digital strategy

  • Management and delivery of a company customer lifecycle and engagement strategy

  • Planning and delivery of key ASF website projects and enhancements supporting the digital roadmap and strategy

  • Manage and optimise the SEO & SEM program

  • Working with the agency maintain best in class enhancement in line with the platform release schedule

  • Identify consumer insights and anticipate trends to develop and implement opportunities

Key attributes required:

  • Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, communications, or campaign management within a non-profit, sports, agency, or related sector

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM & Campaign Monitor

  • Experience in the rollout of MarTech platforms

  • Strong stakeholder management & time management skills
