About the role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and managing the overall digital channel strategy across paid (SEM / SEO / Display / Affiliates), social and organic content based off consumer insights and trends across three brands. You will also manage a overall digital marketing budget.
You will work closely with internal Ecommerce and CRM teams as well key agency partners who will support in the development and management of key campaigns. You will also work closely with internal stakeholders, educating them on the effectiveness and ROI delivered by digital marketing through effective reporting and digital dashboards. You will also be responsible for the management of two direct reports.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience with developing and implementing digital channel strategy (paid / organic / social), ideally within an agency or retail environment
- Prior people management experience
- Experience with managing agency partners
- Ability to operate in a fast paced and fluid internal environment with a test and learn approach
