The Digital Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with the broader marketing team, developing and executing digital strategy across a number of customer websites, shopping sites, microsites and all social media channels to ensure best practice ROI on campaigns that achieve their commercial objective. A leadership role managing a Content Specialist, you will ensure consistency across multiple brands and be responsible for end to end project management of all digital projects, working hands-on from design, development, testing to execution.

To be considered for this role, you will be tertiary qualified in marketing having spent the last 4-5 years as a Digital Specialist or Digital Marketing Manager, ideally with some leadership experience but looking to take the next step in your career with a complex, high profile business. High level anaytical skills and commerciality, project management skills and an energetic personality that's positive, self-motivated and adaptable whilst being agile minded, innovative and across the latest digital trends will be key to your success.

Naturally, your technical acumen will be strong across HTML, CSS, Wordpress, Sitecore (or similar) as well as the obvious SEO/SEM, web design, strategy development and strong communication and presentation skills. BigCommerce & Adobe experience would be ideal.

Your experience will ideally be in a product distribution environment such as consumer goods, big box or trade retail and be highly proficient in customer focused campaigns.
