About the Role
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing the broader digital marketing strategy across all digital and social channels to elevate the brand presence and awareness of the organisation. Reporting into the Head of Brand, Marketing & Communication, you will be responsible for delivering digital strategies to drive improved advocacy, literacy and reputational management. Leveraging your past experience in delivering digital strategic roadmaps, you will utilise insights and digital trends to ensure the organisation is best positioned to optimise opportunities across multiple channels. You will bring a commercial lens to the remit by continually considering new ways of working, reviewing existing practices and bringing a "test and learn" innovation led mentality to evolve the brand.
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the development, delivery and optimisation of the digital strategy and activity across all channels. You are a driven, forward-thinking and strategic digital marketer who thrives in a fast paced environment and have a proven track record in setting the digital direction of a large portfolio. You will be effective in utilising data to understand potential opportunities and utilise these insights to develop new campaigns and outcomes. Managing a direct report, you are looking to further develop your leadership skills, and enjoy working in collaborative team based environments. Experience in Google Analytics, Campaign Monitor and CMS platforms is highly favourable. This role would be well suited to someone truly passionate about making a tangible difference to the wellbeing of Australian youth.
