About the Role

This newly created role is responsible for being the strategic conduit between digital channel performance and the wider business. You will work across all digital owned and paid touch points to deliver an insights-led lens to key internal stakeholders which will shape their decisions. With a strong technical skillset, you are well versed in Google Analytics 360, Adobe Analytics and other tools including App Annie and Hitwise - yet also have proven experience in taking these insights to the next level. You have an innate ability to turn these insights into meaningful commercial recommendations, securing stakeholder buy-in, and influencing others.

About You

You are a degree qualified, digitally savvy marketer with experience in digital performance marketing and insights. You have a proven track record in assessing channel and campaign performance, and identifying potential new opportunities to pursue. You love building dashboards, taking a deep dive into the data, but then rolling it into something genuinely meaningful for the business. You have strong stakeholder management skills and are at ease presenting to senior executives, as you are with engaging with an external agencies. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, are self driven and are a natural born leader and mentor.
