This role will overhaul their digital services and channels, improve online customer experience and play an instrumental role in leading Digital and Loyalty in their sector.
About the role
This is a business-critical role and will have overall responsibility for the delivery of multiple digital solutions to transform Loyalty, CRM and eCommerce. With a board approved, fully funded programme of work confirmed you will lead a team to bring this to life, supporting it and driving programme deliverables.
The pipeline of work includes an eCommerce re-platform and transformation that allows for greater digital presence in omni-channel environment. With Loyalty a key pillar of their strategy, you will enhance their current capability, leveraging technology to transform and build what the future of Loyalty will look like.
This is a senior role, however requires someone who is also hands on and has no problem rolling their sleeves up to ensure delivery is achieved.
Skills and experience:
- Proven background in driving digital transformation within a retail environment
- Experience in eCommerce, CRM and Loyalty
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Strong understanding of data and analytics
- Business project management skills and commercial acumen
