About the role
As Director, Corporate Services, the role requires a capacity to work at both a strategic and operational level. Reporting to the CEO, you assume a strategic role in the management of the Finance, ICT and Marketing areas of the organisation. The role will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial related activities of the organisation. This includes direct responsibility for accounting, finance, strategic planning and forecasting, budgeting, property management, financial auditing, Company Secretary and investor relationships. Additionally, the role requires a high level of engagement and oversight of the non-financially focussed functions of ICT and Marketing.
Experience & Skills
To ensure your success in this role, you will be a suitability qualified CA/CPA and experienced senior executive to lead the finance function and broader corporate services. You will have experience in building internal capability and change management.
In addition, you will be able to demonstrate your broader cross functional leadership in the areas of ICT and Marketing and be a commercial partner to the CEO. Above all, you will have a leadership style that is inclusive and collaborative and the ability to embrace a bi-lingual and bi cultural organisation.
