Skills and experience
As the Commercial Operations Manager, you will bring your drive to create business operations improvement across student services managing a network of acdemic staff and student support personnel. Working hand in hand with academics to deliver a range of courses, you will manage rostering across global regions and look for streamlined processes to boost productivity and income. You will be data and insights driven, able to recommend systems and process which will encourage continuous improvement across operations globally.
You will also have:
- A proven track record in operations management
- A background in education or a relatable services industry
- The ability to design and implement new and improved operations strategies
- High level stakeholder management
- Experience in rostering or managing data which encourages continuous improvement
- An energetic, innovative approach to CRM training
- A high work ethic and strategic mindset
