About the role
Reporting to the Head of Communications, and with two direct reports, this highly visible role is pivotal in delivering the organisation's growth aspirations. An almost ubiquitous offering exists with its core audiences, however the opportunity now presents to shift the conversation into new and growing territories. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic promotional plans that deliver earned media across a diverse product portfolio. This means uncovering and optimising new channels to reach these target audiences, by collaborating internally and externally.

About You
You are a degree qualified, savvy communications professional with experience from either agency or client side. You understand how Australia's traditional media landscape works, but more importantly, have deep experience and success in penetrating digital and trade media channels to deliver strategic growth to new audiences. You will have an existing strong network across editors, journalists, influencers and commentators; and are able to leverage these to the best outcome. You are a strategic thinker, have the proven ability to plan ahead and are "in the traffic" in understanding digital media trends. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, are self driven and are a natural born leader and mentor.
