About the role

Sitting within the eCommerce Team and reporting into the Digital Producer, you will be responsible for managing all product data and product enrichment in key systems, ensuring all online content is updated in line with product drops and promotions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Communicate promotions and sales with external agencies in a timely manner and supply them with the relevant artwork to support this
  • Coordinate the dropship programs to partnered retailers and ensure that all products, promotions and pricing is kept in line with the overall business
  • Analyse the market, key competitors and provide the team with a weekly summary of potential actionable insights
  • Assist in troubleshooting technical difficulties with the IT department and provide the Digital Producer with status updates as required
  • Identify and communicate additional opportunities for online usability improvements based on experience and Customer Service feedback
  • Contribute to team by communicating ideas and initiatives to grow the digital business
  • Set-up and test all weekly EDM communications in Mailchimp
  • Assist the eCommerce Team with reporting as required

Key skills required:

  • Previous experience in ecommerce role
  • Strong commercial focus to deliver sales results
  • Solid understanding of ecommerce metrics and analytics data
  • Experience within an online fashion retailer will be favourable
  • Experience with Google Analytics and proven ability to capture and collate data in a presentable and useful way
  • Ability to draw insights and make recommendations and implement changes to online store to maximise sales, conversion rate, average order value
  • High level Excel skills
  • Experience with CMS systems, previous Salesforce Customer Cloud preferable
  • Any experience with HTML and Mail-chimp will be favourable
