About the role
In this newly created role, you will have complete ownership for setting and executing the eCommerce digital strategy to drive online sales growth, and the acquisition, conversion and retention of new customers via online digital marketing campaigns and initiatives using social, SEO/SEM, eDMs and Digital Advertising. You will identify opportunities to improve eCommerce performance, user and customer experience and overall optimisation of the site.
With presence overseas, you will assist with the eCommerce expansion globally and strengthen their reach in the UK market via online marketplaces. This is a role with ambitious growth targets and requires someone who can set the strategy, but also execute working with the agility of an entrepreneur to deliver results.
Skills and Experience
- Successfully managed an eCommerce platform and driven online growth across this channel
- Knowledge and understanding of UX, CX and Customer Journey mapping
- Amplifying campaigns via online channels
- Performance Marketing including programmatic, Re-targeting, Adserving
- Extensive experience in all things SEO, SEM, Google
- Strong understanding of analytics, forecasting and performance metrics
- Insights driven
