Due to continued growth and investment in moving the business and their wholesale customers along their digital journey, a newly created opportunity has arisen for an eCommerce Marketer to join the team.

The Role

In this busy and varied role, your primary responsibility will be to support eCommerce Account Managers with ensuring that each client in their portfolio gets the most return on their digital spend, by developing and delivering on strategic eCommerce activations to achieve the clients' respective growth objectives. This role is not about driving awareness but about ensuring the highest conversion rates, whether that is email, eDM, Google ads and so on and the mix of what that looks like will largely be guided by you. Technically you will have an external agency to support with building these out, but you will be required to have a strong focus on CRO, CTRs, CVRs and overall ROI to cut through the noise and deliver the best results.

About You

To be successful in this role you will be a digital marketing master who thrives on leveraging digital advertising tools for commercial success. Ideally you will bring a proven track record of driving and delivering growth and revenue via all digital channels in either a B2B, B2C or agency environment. With extensive knowledge in upper and lower funnel marketing (SEM, Display, AdWords, Google Shopping, Social Commerce, eDMs) you will also be entirely comfortable with e-marketing tools and instruments (SEO, Affiliate, Retargeting, Mobile Marketing, Google Analytics). Customer centric in your approach you will be comfortable working with wholesalers and partners and will be highly organised with the ability to manage yourself and your busy workload autonomously. Commercially astute you will be comfortable managing budgets ensuring ROI for your clients, as well as spend through your agency partners.
