Why should I apply?

This is a great opportunity to join a business that can offer you the opportunity of a large corporate business, but that still has the culture and environment of a locally owned company. If you believe in doing things the right way, this is a business that is uncompromising in product and technical excellence, that has a unique position of capability in their product niche. Being a business that is winning contracts with customers all over the world, this creates career opportunities to work on projects overseas - for example in the US and UK - without the necessity to travel, and as they hire more junior level engineers there is a natural opportunity to show leadership.
