This ASX listed pharmaceutical manufacturer is one of Australia's most commercially successful enterprises, they have a large structure of professional and technical resources within their local business and offer a flexible yet busy corporate environment. As a part of a major business project they have two back-fill positions available which they expect will become ongoing requirements.
About the role
We're looking for two people to back-fill positions for administrators who are moving onto a business wide major project, these roles will ensure that business requirements for the maintenance team are met and that where necessary missing requirements are followed up to ensure compliance. You will deal with purchase orders, permit to work requirements, outstanding training requirements and more, managing databases of information and communicating with people across the business.
We're looking for one of two profiles - you may be an administration professional with experience supporting teams of a technical nature, ideally with an understanding of how manufacturing/operational businesses work, or you may be of a technical background with experience supporting in administrative capacities such as document control.
