About the role

As the Engineering Project Manager you will take ownership of a significant piece of CAPEX that has been approved for the site, this will replace an old production line while also upgrading it to build in further plant capacity. The project is at very early stages, which means you'll have influence over the entire process and you'll be able to ensure the best outcome is achieved for the business. We're expecting this project to take 18-24 months to deliver, and so the role is required for at least that duration.

About you

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager with proven experience managing these kinds of projects:

  • Relevant engineering degree
  • Significant experience delivering CAPEX projects within manufacturing companies
  • Experience managing projects of at least $10m budget
  • Sole point accountability for project outcomes
  • Strong influencing ability and stakeholder engagement skills
