This is a global manufacturing business, with a large production footprint in Australia and their engineering stores require an experience Engineering Parts Inventory Coordinator to look after 7000 SKUs across spares, PPE and consumables.
About the role
The Engineering Stores Coordinator is responsible for maintaining purchasing and inventory practices within this busy maintenance environment, ensuring accurate and effective parts control processes within the stores facilities. This includes inventory verification, stock adjustments, stock rotating monitoring, storage planning and monitoring and ongoing criticality analysis.
We're looking for someone fitting the below:
- Experience managing stores within a manufacturing or similar environment
- Experienced in Microsoft Access and Excel.
- Experience in Oracle software and Maximo is highly advantageous
- Understanding of warehouse/stores systems such as RF scanning
This is a short-term contract role as the business prepares to start the recruitment process for a permanent hire. Temp to perm will be an option for the person contracting in the role.
