Enterprise Account Director

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Manage two enterprise accounts and cultivate customer relationships at all levels to grow the accounts
  • Establish and drive new business pipeline that will see focused growth
  • Accountable for managing the customer P&L ensuring it consistently meets / exceeds revenue and EBIT objectives
  • Lead weekly business and strategy updates
  • Lead, develop and execute rolling strategic customer account plans that exploits companies capabilities and drives new growth opportunities
  • Be a subject matter expert on the company's technology, and supporting services
  • Liaise with external departments to ensure that customer issues are dealt with in a timely manner
  • Own, manage and drive customer contracts and renewals
  • Support the sales process with new prospects and ensure customer success owns and drives the relationship from beginning to end

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Full Australian Working Rights
  • Minimum 4 years' experience as a Account Executive / Management ideally in Retail E-Commerce, Software or technology environment
  • Strong account management discipline, process and structure
  • Excellent client relationship, team leadership and delivery skills with the demonstrated ability to communicate at all levels
  • Demonstrated experience working with enterprise organisations
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, driven and excellent time management and strong work ethic
